Important Notice
Due to the COVID – 19 pandemic Bracebridge Medical Arts Centre has made several changes to the clinic in an effort to reduce the risks to patients and staff to comply with the Ministry of Health requirements and protocols.
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or visit your nearest emergency department.
Multiple primary care appointments are available as telephone consultations. Only those appointments that require direct physical examination or a procedure are being offered as an “in-person” appointment at this time.
Please do not postpone any immunizations. Flu shots are available by appointment.
If you have been asked to attend the clinic in-person for your appointment, please wear a clean mask that covers your mouth and nose.
The waiting room is closed. We ask that you wait in your vehicle until your nurse, doctor or nurse practitioner invite you in. All caregivers will need to provide their name and phone number in the event we need to contact them due to an outbreak. Please be patient.
Check-In Process
We will no longer be swiping your healthcards. Check-in remotely by using our new patient portal, HEALTH MYSELF. (one-time registration required). If you are not registered with HEALTH MYSELF, please call 705-645-2281 to inform staff that you have arrived.
Lastly, if you are not registered with HEALTH MYSELF and cannot call – please ring the doorbell to the right of the door and a member will be with you as soon as possible.
If you need to pick-up or drop-off any documents this can also be done using the patient portal of HEALTH MYSELF using secure messaging.
E-booking is also available through HEALTH MYSELF.
